Have you ever had someone who you wanted to keep all to yourself? A favorite mechanic or doctor who you didn’t want to share? Well that’s how I feel about the people at Crescent Systems. We hired them to help us design, build, and install a continuous blending system to make our whole grain cereal mixes. When I met Gulzar and “Bart” at the NW Food Processors Show in Portland, Oregon two years ago, it was one of those “love at first sight” moments, because I knew I had found the right people for our project.
Our company needed a better process for producing our cereal blends. The orders for our cereals were going to exceed our ability to make them, so we needed more production capacity.
