Plants with a well designed and reliable feed-system solution for a highly challenging food snack product.  Although I was very apprehensive that a highly dependable and accurate feed-system exist for a thin disk shaped product, Crescent Systems designed an ideal one based on their patented Magna Weigh technology.  In addition, Crescent Systems R&D team was very committed to our business needs during development, installation, and follow-up support visits.  I higly recommend their feed-system technology to complex product feed problems.

Crescent Systems designed and installed an automated blending and filling line for our food products that has performed flawlessly for many years. We recently asked them for help in upgrading this production line to newer technology control systems. Crescent Systems worked with our company to upgrade the control PLC, programming and associated systems in a very quick and efficient manner. This improvement project has made it easier to operate and control our filling process and improved filling efficiencies.
